Jay-Z’s Roc Nation imprint continues to build its eclectic roster. London native/Los Angeles raised DJ/model Harley Viera-Newton has become the latest signee to the label, joining . Newton has had a rising presence in both her modeling and music career, and is a recent grad of New York University’s School of Individualized Study.
Viera-Newton’s popularity began to grow in New York after she began DJing for popular clubs like Lit, Santos and the Jane. She’s also Dior Beauty’s House DJ and Beauty Ambassador. As a model, she’s appeared in Harper’s Bazaar and Vogue.
“Aside from killing it on the one’s and two’s, Newton has caught the eyes of fashion insiders,” a rep for Roc Nation said in a statement.
